Our top priorities have always been, the health and safety of our guests, employees and partners and also to provide comfortable and safe homes for our guests.
We are vigilantly monitoring the COVID-19 situation and have precautions in place to ensure a healthy stay at any of our approach. We are closely monitoring updates from local and global health officials, to ensure company practices and procedures are in line with current guidelines. The outbreak has greatly impacted our business and we have adjusted our cleaning guidelines. The apartments are fully sanitised and professionally cleaned before and after any stays. Our properties health and safety measures are designed to address a broad spectrum of viruses, including COVID-19, and cover everything from handwashing hygiene and cleaning product specifications and procedures. This has all been decided with the health and safety of our guests, hosts and staff in mind and by following the guidelines of the authorities.
While we want to ensure that our apartments are safe, we ask that all guests notify us if they have been diagnosed with COVID-19 or have symptoms outlined by the CDC (fever, cough, shortness of breath). Given the evolving situation, we understand that there is need to be more flexible regarding the future travel plans. We urge you to please check the latest information on travel restrictions (if any) before placing your booking. Based on this we have adapted our cancellation policy for new bookings in order to offer maximum flexibility.
